About Us

Old School Home Services LLC is a locally owned and operated handyman business serving Fort Myers and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. With hands-on experience across multiple trades (including interior and exterior painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, flooring, drywall repair, and custom builds) we take pride in delivering dependable, high-quality home improvements. Whether you need routine maintenance like lawn mower blade sharpening and water heater flushing or large-scale renovations, our team handles every project with dedication and craftsmanship.

We understand that managing home repairs can quickly become overwhelming, which is why we offer the convenience of bundling several small tasks into a single scheduled visit. Instead of coordinating with multiple separate contractors, property owners can rely on our versatile skill set to address various needs all at once. From pressure washing siding and painting trim to installing AV equipment and servicing garage doors, we make maintaining your property efficient and hassle-free.

At Old School Home Services LLC, transparency and clear communication are at the core of what we do. Before any project begins, we provide detailed, transparent estimates that outline material options, labor costs, and project timelines so you know exactly what to expect. We are proud to offer free estimates to help property owners plan their projects with confidence and ease.
